Joined at the Ligament

Combining words is fun.  All-inclusive can become 'Allclusive.'  Smelly face can become 'Smace.'  Chocolate tree can become 'Chocolatree.'  Fairy spigot can become 'Fa...Fai...igo...got...'

Nevermind, combining words can only lead to pain.
